Golden Bay Iridology

I had a lovely time getting an iridology analysis, reiki and reflexology. Lisa was a very warm and calming person, and the room was set up really nicely. I felt so relaxed during the reiki and reflexology session. And the extra write up for the iridology session was full of really useful information and suggestions. I'd love to come back again some time

A really helpful, non-intrusive way to discover and understand more about yourself ! Lisa is a experienced and passionate iridologist, I was surprised by how precise and accurate it is ! It was also really nice to immediatly have all the suggestions and explanations on how to get better thanks to her experience as a herbalist !I highly recommend Lisa, I learned a lot !

A naturally nurturing and passionate well-being professional, Lisa clearly cares deeply about her practice as an herbalist, iridologist, reiki practitioner, and reflexologist.Explaining everything fully, she is a wealth of knowledge with each area of expertise enhancing the others. Lisa considered every angle, including my medications, and recommended accordingly. Looking deeply into the structure of the iris, she highlighted areas that resonated areas of the body needing some further investigation and attention in my future self care. She also explained the genetic inherentance evident and explained thoroughly what she was looking for to indicate areas of interest. I would 100% visit Lisa again.

Lisa is passionate about herbs and health, and has a wonderful resource of herbal products, and a wealth of knowledge to share.The photograph of my irises confirmed where I need to focus to support better health and well-being, and Lisa's health advice is very sound.
