This place sells so much stuff. Unlike some other chemists, the aisles clearly indicate what is in them which saves a lot of time, especially when you are getting used to the layout. Some items are really good buys while others can be found cheaper elsewhere, but they do have to make money somehow. Staff were very friendly and seemed knowledgeable about the products we looked at. Overall I had a very good experience and will be making future visits.

What a beautifully laid out store. Long awaited by Dunedin people.However, please teach your staff to smile and be welcoming to your customers. I went in Friday 31 March for my first visit. I walked past a young girl on door duty repeatedly yawning. Two other staff I walked past offered no friendly smile, greeting, or offer of help. Their lack of service made my visit short and without purchasing anything.I had the pleasure of exiting past the door girl who was still yawning as I left.Maybe you could change her job title to fly catcher?

Staff are so rude omg I asked where a product was and the staff member didn’t even look at the image I showed her and just rudely said no we don’t have that and turned around, teach your staff some manners and politeness
