I have used Watersmith for a number of jobs. Very professional outfit, excellent work and reasonable prices. Everything you could want in a tradie.

This company replaced the gutters at my rental. The job was done well, no issues with the workmanship but communication was poor, and I was persistently having to contact them for updates. Good prices.I also asked for a quote to repair an internal gutter on my own home. They came round just before lockdown last year and advised they needed to come back during a fine day to recheck it as they could not identify the issue. Lockdown happened, and I followed back up well and truly after it. Numerous times I was told someone was going to come round, that they'll sort it ASAP. It never happened. I followed up for months. Calls in Feb, additional emails in April, nothing.So, if you want a company to ghost you, then by all means contact this crew.

Andrew and AJ were both professional and easy to deal with and managed to fit our job in at relatively short notice and remind upbeat despite a couple of curly issues arising. They also service the Wairarapa. Highly recommend them.

Fantastic service from the Watersmith crew several times now, replacing all of our pipes and setting up the internal plumbing.Good communication and insight - they noticed that our cylinder that had been installed by a company wasn't up to scratch and sorted that out to a high standard too.Finally able to have a decent shower without it going cold from when you turn on other taps!
