A couple of years ago, Nikki accused me of stealing property (it was my own property) and complained that I left sticky residue from a hook in the bathroom and dirty window seals in the garage. We paid a cleaner $300 and I thought the place was spotless. Nope. Also, only gave us 3 weeks notice to vacate. Ridiculous all around. She must have been new.Update to reply: You switched employment and we were transferred to Vogue during the last year of my tenancy. We have the docs still. Our treatment has bothered me for years. No need to clear anything up. I just never felt comfortable speaking up as a tenant, but we have since purchased property. If I remember, the law had changed prior to our notice to vacate. My friend at the time (a private property mgr) was appalled for us and told us it was illegal.

I couldn’t recommend Nikki highly enough. As a former employee of mine whom worked with us for several years. our business managed 250 rentals across Auckland, I can honestly say she is one of the best property managers I have ever been blessed to know and work with.
