Ann-Louise from Lahood has been incredible to work with. She provided me with beautiful samples to choose from and practical advice that only comes with years of experience. The curtains have now been installed and all went super smoothly, they look beautiful. Thank you again Ann-Louise for working your magic, we couldn't be happier with the result!

Visited their showroom. Service was very average, both ladies didn’t show much interest in serving us instead both decided to talk to another couple walking in after us.When asked about quotes were told in a very rude manner no quotes offered in store. Filled in a form for a quote and measure, still waiting for anyone to contact or visit us. What a joke this place, with judgemental people. Just because people wear sportswear and come visit after a workout doesn’t mean they can’t afford your services. Would not recommend this place to anyone take your money elsewhere.

I ordered curtain and blinds for 4 rooms, and now they're installed I'm very happy with them. There was a delay because of a flaw to one of the fabrics, but this issue was eventually resolved and curtains for the other rooms were installed as per the original plan, with just the one affected room delayed. Installation once the curtains were made was very efficient.

The product was good. The service terrible. I installed the Qmotion blinds. There was no manual provided. Tried to call(a number of times) them when i needed to change batteries but you just seem to go onto hold. Had to change the batteries to get them down to sleep, hey didn't know I could pull them but didn't have a manual. So pulled the whole unit down. Do not do that to replace. Anyway seemed to operate ok. Changed the battery in the remote a couple of weeks later because of control issues and thought that was the issue. Now the whole 2 units, blind and shade, work in strange ways. Totally unwind or nothing. Now damaged the blind fabric with creases. Wish I had a manual, virtually no reference of a manual for this version on the internet btw.Lahood feel free to contact ,me.

I always get amazing service at Lahood. With some very tricky blind and curtain details, Clayton always manages to solve them all, corner curtains, sloping windows, blind pockets to mention a few. Fantastic knowledge, probably the best in the business!

We got $10k curtains and blinds from Lahood what an absolute terrible experience & wasted debacle over 12 months.The blinds arrived all lumpy like waves, the $10k curtains arrived at different lengths, off the carpet, breaking the carpet, laying on the carpet. The seams were not sown properly with holes along the selvedge, the whole process seemed to be void of any quality control. After many visits, many months, and excuses, where you're made out to be the problem we returned all of it, as it was clear they couldn't meet basic curtain making fundamentals. We reordered through Auckland Drapes who were fabulous the curtains came professionally installed, straight, sown properly, and to perfect length the first time, it was a wonderful experience and vindicated OUR rejection of Lahood's mess. We should have listened to our designer who said stay away from Lahood. Our advice is to look at the reviews where people have actually ordered some product and what their experience is.**There is nothing above that was defamatory it was all truthful, the review was posted over 7 months ago & updated pushing it to be a more recent review.

We've been using LaHood for over 9 years now and always come back because they have exceptional customer service and great quality fabrics, blinds, etc. There is a wide selection of fabric available. We always contact Sharlene as she's familiar with our house and has a great eye for detail and design and makes great recommendations. Overall I highly recommend LaHood's for their expertise and ability to recommend fabrics/solutions that will suit your home and style. Thanks to all at La Hood. PS We don't go into the showroom with our poshest clothes on (and one time went in our painting clothes) but have always found the staff there polite, friendly and happy to help out with fabric selection. :)

We have recently completed another large renovation and required motorised roller blinds, curtains, shutters and an awning system to cover a deck area. The project was challenging as we had many varied shaped windows some of which were difficult to access. Lahood have a great team from the front line staff in the showroom, the sales representatives right through to the installation team all of which maintained a high level of communication throughout the project. We really appreciated the service. Our builder put an extra section of timber in the way of one of the roller blind locations and Lahood kindly trimmed down that blind and reinstalled it at no extra charge. Lahood really do go out of their way to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and we have no hesitation recommending them to others. Thanks again Lahood.

I have always had absolutely fantastic service from Lahoods, both in store and from Clayton Sceats who has visited our home to consult on several occasions over the years. Great quality and workmanship and Clayton totally gets what you are after and gives great guidance when making decisions. I would highly recommend!!
