Did my research on what I would want before visiting the store and when I arrived, Jason was super helpful, he suggested me the gear, helped me choose and adjust my research to what I actually needed. If we would have more people like Jason (passionate and knowledgeable), shopping would be just a walk in the park.

4 months wait and chasing up of a product I purchased 4 months ago for $900 and i have only now just received an email saying that my product is being sentAbsolutely ridiculous and the staff were not helpful at all during this whole time, just kept telling me there were delays etc and that theyd call me back, and never ever did, i always had to keep chasing them up, and there were some super arrogant call takersSpent $900 with these guys and this was a terrible terrible experience for meI hope I don't have to deal with these guys ever again, so for future reference, just be aware people you could be waiting up to 4 months!! For your product.

Great prices. Lots of good stuff. The staff member was helpful. But it's still a store with very little on display compared to the online range. I like to see things.

I am dissapointed with this company. I ordered an item on the 25/05/23 which said it should be shipped by the 15th June. I then rung on the 13th June try get an update and was told to wait to the 15th June. The 19th June I get and email saying Delivery from our supplier has been delayed, so we're now following this up with our supplier.No ETA and the items have not even shipped from the supplier. I responded with an email at my dissapointment only to get a reply with this on the bottom.Please also be aware that we're following a First In, First Out approach to dealing with enquiries. This means that we answer oldest emails first. If you've already sent us an email but haven't received a reply yet, please do not email again as all this does is push your enquiry to the back of the queue.Really and when should a customer expect to have a reply from Marine Deals"I brought this up with the manager as very poor and it came across as they think its ok.If the company actually put a time frame on email response times eg 48 hours people would most likely not keep sending emails. Effectively all the emails from Marine Deals had no more info than I already new

Love this store. The absolute best and cheapest products you'll get. Much better than all its competitors. If your looking for fishing gear I would highly recommend this store. Also great staff that are very helpful.

Ordered some eternabond tape for our caravan roof that's supposed to have 15 years warranty, but after less than 1 year it was compromised by Native bees eating the glue from underneath it leaving just the thin, non-sticky film. I sent over some images of the issue and the store refused to assist in any way with remediation. After spending almost $500 on this product that was supposed to last the lifetime of the caravan this has been a really disappointing experience.

I’ve always been weary of buying things online, that are such a good deal. It always seems too good to be true. Not with marine deals though, and each time I’ve ordered, has arrived within 2 business days. Can’t thank you guys enough for a great service. Will be using you far more in the future. Cheers!

Totally impressed with this company! It took less than a 2 days for the items I ordered to arrive to my address ( South Island). Then when I rang to ask a question ( not to complain), about the fishing combo I received, the salesperson couldn't have been more helpful and polite. Great company, fast communication, great prices and excellent products. Thank you , Kerry.

Great service and communication. Nice value for price. The delivery service, Toll, called me the day before to check the best time and method for delivery, and the driver was courteous. The whole experience was smooth and well communicated.
