Did not have a pleasant experience.The service was appalling, I did not like the way the cashier handled my exchange and the previous day the manager on duty thought he knew it all !!! He had to try his sales technique on me.This was just a matter of $150.00I normally shop in your store at a time over $1000 thought this was just insane. I am sure service comes before sales !!!!Your customers are not liars as you may perceive !!!!

Really bad customer service. Calling customers and asking to pay extra when we bought the things. Stuff are unattendable. Your stuff can't do their work probably so better don't blame ur customers. Cut their pay rather than asking me to pay for what I already paid and check ur Whatsapp I have the prove of the payment

Roop Darshan is my go to Indian clothing store. Every single experience has been an amazing one. Exceptional customer service. Today was an even greater experience when I went to look for outfits for an important event, Nitin Bhai was able to identify what I was looking for in such an efficient manner. He’s been absolutely amazing and of such a great help. As usual, will be back to do more shopping, very happy with Roop Darshan!
