The Aspire Chiropractic Team are amazing! Friendly, family orientated, and great at what they do - I can not recommend them highly enough!!I started seeing Kane a number of years ago after a twinge in my shoulder blade and arm and have seen him for regular check ups/ adjustments ever since with adjustments to my whole body - I put my body under a lot of physical and mental stress! I am always amazed at how quickly Kane can locate the issue which is causing me pain (which is typically stemming from somewhere else) and manipulate my body to making me feel great. Kane also helps me with my mental state and how it is affecting my body to function. I have also had sessions with Mari relating to my diet and working out what my body is lacking or has to much of! I'd recommend Kane and Mari to anyone!

Aspire Chiropractor has dealt with more than just muscle and joint issues they have helped me unblock years of emotional issues that have caused my body to seize up and create issues. More like family now than health practioners. They have seen all our family through a range of ages

I have suffered from chronic pain since I was 16. I have gone to a huge amount of treatment providers and have been able to be maintained but never pain free or have made any progress. Since I have been seeing Dr Mari I have made a huge amount of progress and have almost completely gone off pain killers. I have been able to increase my strength and my sleep and energy levels are so much better. Dr Mari has helped me no end and I am so thankful.

Kane’s treatment of my foot and ankle was incredibly thorough and made an immediate difference. He did a range of adjustments, kept me informed about what he was doing and why, and suggested some stretches and techniques to do myself.Mari has adjusted my back and given me great advice on supplements and nutrition, including carrying out some muscle testing.I highly recommend Aspire Chiropractic for your overall wellbeing. Dr Mari was awesome and very thorough. I had a back injury I was desperate to help fix and she has already helped my back so much. For my first adjustment in approx 10 years, I felt so great after visiting her and forgot how great it really is to see a chiropractor. She done an excellent job. Thank you very much! Also the receptionist Jo is absolutely awesome. I was quite desperate to see any chiropractor asap as I injured my lower back and she fit me in that week. I took my 3 kids along as I didn't realise my first adjustment would take longer than 20mins and she didn't mind having them sit with her in reception for nearly an hour which I really appreciated. Really grateful to have found such an awesome chiropractor to come to. I've since been here for a month or so and have had amazing results coming in weekly. Will need to get the whole whānau in soon too! Thank you!

I hobbled into Aspire on a crutch and my free hand in a wrist brace, doctors could not make a clear diagnosis and I was living on pain killers.Within a week Cain had me walking, within a month I was walking 4kms every day. I can now exercise regulary and have my life back.I continue to see Cain and so does my whole family, could not recommend more highly.

I went to Dr Mari for an injury which I have been suffering from for 20 years now. I have been to countless practitioners of various types. But Dr Mari has worked on me and I have been able to begin doing activities I was never able to do before hand thanks to her treatment.
