On top of waiting 35 minutes to be served, didn't get a hi when I walked it nor was I acknowledged being in the store.Person was happy giving people piercings (4 people) but couldn't drop what they were doing Inbetween customers to help me.Also worker seemed to have a great attitude with other customers, then when it came to me she had an attitude.I waited patiently and was happy and cheery when it came to finally being served.

What can I say, came in to get some piercings... wow! Had so much fun chatting with Leah and Co. They decided to try something on my ears, I was more than happy for it. I've had my ears pierced before and it hurt...but those 2 lovelies have the magic touch. I enjoyed our conversation and I will be back for either more piercings or chatting or both :) can highly recommend this store, had so much fun.

I went in to get my daughter’s ears pierced and we were waiting for 25 minutes and when they came to serve us we had to do this survey which was very long and then we went home and realised that they had done it crooked so a week later we went back and asked them to redo it because it had closed up and she said it’s not their fault and they can’t do it again so we went to another place and they done it much cheaper than the Lovisa place.

Worst store ever! No acknowledgement, rude cashiers, won't be going back ever again which is a shame I looked forward to one of my fave stores opening in Whangarei I'd rather drive to Auckland to be honest. Whangarei seriously needs to re-consider who they've hired.

Went to Lovisa last week, had an extra ordinary customer service from Leigha. How lovely and bubbly she was in not only just greeting us but also helped us pick the right stuff. It absolutely perfect. Never had this type of customer service before. You know what you doing girl, keep up the good mahi-all the love to ya♥️♥️♥️

Went into this store on 25/09/2022 just after 1pm and received great service from Esther! She was busy piercing someone's ear when I walked in but still greeted me. I also saw there was someone else in store so knew I would be after them and was happy to wait. I was assisted in picking out some awesome pieces and wasn't treated like another sale" but actually shown things that matched what I wanted and so was then happy to pick a few extras as gifts. Very happy and recommend to all :)"

My daughter came in to get her ears pierced. Maya had an attitude problem and I noticed there was no butterfly not even 10minutes later, we went back but Maya had gone on a break. The girl at the counter was unhelpful and said our only option was to buy a pack of butterflies for $10I will never come back and I wouldn't recommend to anyone!
