Hutt and City Glass

Craig from Hutt and City Glass did a wonderful job replacing the failed double glazing in our home. He turned up when he said he would, and kept us in the loop throughout the process. The job was professional, and we now have wonderful clear windows. Would recommend to all!

Craig from Hutt City and Glass over promised and didn't deliver. Originally said he could do the work straight away, booked him in and he didn't show and then stopped responding, after multiple emails and a couple of phone calls he then promised again to turn up the following Monday. Again he didn't show.He claimed to be prioritising his regulars and that other work gets pushed aside when that happens. This was a 1-2 hour job.I managed to get in the Glass Shoppe in at short notice who then completed the work within 24 hours.When called out for his terrible behaviour Craig responded by telling me to get over it.

Craig has been totally unreliable in getting a small repair job done , he never answers his phone or responds to text messages. If you can't do the job, just let me know. You have a big flashy website but unfortunately your professionalism does not match this. Very disappointed as I usually prefer to support local business.
