I had my facial day before yesterday. NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED. NO DIFFERENCE in the before and after skin, not a bit. I booked and paid for 60 mins facial and it ended in 45 mins. When I reach home, my family asked, did you cancel it?? Because they did not see any difference. Mind it, I had a facial after a long time so there should be a visible change and noticeable tidiness but there was nothing. I waited for 2 days to post my review because some ppl say it takes upto 48 hours to show the facial result. Anyways, I AM NEVER GOING BACK, NOT GOING TO RECOMMED IT. A total waste of my time and money.

I have been to many places to get laser, and all failed and I lost a lot of money.Skin Artistry delivered all my expectations at a very affordable price. I can’t thank them enough.Now after a year of no hair in my face, I am back to get all my body done.I’m seeing Shaheen, and she is the best. From the phone to massage experience its a zero .i had bought a voucher and when i called to book the indian lady was too rude and asked me how come my voucher was about to expire .just an unnecessary stupid questionI went for massage i was asked by the therapist why i came there .she said she was tired and didnt feel like doing it .what a service .i felt she slept from time to time as her hands stopped moving n then would start again. I just didnt say anything considering she may be tired as it was afternoon.Just not any value for money .Probably the manager needs to be attentive more to customers rather then being so loud on phone and this is the first massage place that had so bright lights in the room .

Really unimpressed with my experience here. The lady that did my facial talked the ENTIRE time, at the end of the facial my skin had reacted and was all red. I’ve never had this before and I’ve had many facials at about face. I will never be coming back here, it wasn’t a relaxing experience
