terrible e-commerce service and ability, don't be sucked into their redemption offers, claiming the redemption is just way too hard and time consuming. good products but the NZ / AU main distributor is absolutely hopeless.

I use Milwaukee's Outdoor power equipment in my Arborist business. Our hedge trimmer attachment for the comby system has failed for the second time (with less that 3 months usage).The first one lasted a year and a half and then failed. Milwaukee wanted to charge me more for fixing than a new one so I bought a replacement. The replacement has failed well within warranty and they don't want to know. I also use Husqvarna and Stihl hedge trimmers that have been far more robust and actually fit for purpose. Milwaukee claim nothing but heavy duty" maybe they should change their slogan to " nothing heavy duty""

Been having issues with my M12 stubby impact. It is currently in for repairs for the 3rd time, they are unable to repair the issue, even when a video is supplied with the tool faulting. I believe the 1st time the tool went in, nothing was replaced, I received it in the exact same state. The second time, they just cleaned the tool, and I received it faulting still. Now after the 3rd time, the rep has said that they have replaced some electronic bits (not very specific). I am still waiting for the rep to deliver the tool for me. I have probably been without the tool for a total of 6 months in between repairs. I need my tools on a daily basis and rely heavily on them to do my job efficiently. If you need reliable tools with service, rather spend a bit more $ and go with Snap-on.

The longivity of the tools is poor. We are a large organisation and have many makes of tools. DeWalt and Makita last much longer. theres always some of our Milwaukee tools in for repair.

Dropped my 1/2 drive stubby impact gun in for a minor repair. The team quickly determined the fault & part required

When your tool breaks down, not if, this service center has appalling customer service and no info on my tool, 2 weeks after taking it in. The tool was 1 month old with a new battery charger and both stopped working, I expect much higher quality and service from a professional tool supplier. Don’t buy these tools

The worst customer service centre, people on the phone have no empathy or emotion. I called to check up on my tool that was sent for a service, weeks later no idea what’s happening with it no idea where the tool is, last agent said it may have been lost as it was sent to the wrong address, it’s a $1000 torque wrench which who knows who is enjoying now? Never will I ever recommend Milwaukee as a brand to anyone or go anywhere near them myself. Absolutely disappointed and moreover feel upset that no one even cares about it all.

Not sure what’s up with all the salty reviews, I dropped off my saw and radio for a touch up and had ithem back in 3 days. Great customer service.

Tools are great, but I have 2x M18 12ah that won't fully charge. Went to the 'Experience Centre' (that's what they have on the wall of their reception) for what was a horrific customer service 'experience'.If you aren't able to produce receipts on the spot they're not interested in talking to you after driving over an hour to get there. Even though each battery has a serial number and they can trace a sale that way...Staff member not interested in trying to help, or offer any sort of solution.Based on this I'd highly recommend buying Makita or DeWalt who are willing to help when things have gone wrong.

recently brought the M12 polisher for two weeks stopped working. i . Product is not great as they are. Call the Milwaukee contact centre they told us to send them a email before warranty claim because warranty claim very hard to hold to them , The reception person need more training .After that i dropped off the sevice centre they are friendly and replaced new one within 3 days. To be fair with all the previous review all the complain is the person answer the phone but not the service centre.
