They the worse landlords I have ever met cant be trusted unhealthy rental homes.

Great in CHEATING, FOOLING people...I am writing this review to warn others.I rented property from them and had a very disastrous and depressing experience until leased is finish.All Unprofessional staff especially Lavina Ahluwalia and Mandeep Kaur (Nancy) (be careful with these two)There all staff don't have knowledge of anything.They are experienced in one thing that is cheating, fooling people.They change their statements within seconds. Do not trust them for anything especially if they are saying over the phone and you don't have any proof.They know how to take money, but afterwards they don't know how to talk, how to work, and if you ask to return money forget they will because while taking money there is no process but while returning they will tell you big process.They have three branches as per my knowledge - Harcourts Shelter Realty (Harcourts Te Atatu South, Harcourts New Lynn, Harcourts Avondale), be careful with all.THEY ARE SOILING THE GOOD NAME/REPUTATION OF HARCOURTS.DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL......

One of their real estate agents Susanna Novy 's client failed to settle the sale contract after she had won the auction for our house in Mar 2021, costing us in time and money. I find Susanna didn't do her due diligence to check out the financial ability of the buyer she introduced (Te atatu branch). The buyer bought under a company's name ICE & CEL.... Ltd, I would advise others to avoid doing business with this director Qiong or Celine Ye under that same phoenix name ICE & CEL.... Ltd. I find that the boss, Rupa of this Shelter Realty Ltd, should have done more to compensate for our financial loss. To me, they're more interested in using a seller's property as a tool to earning more revenues from commissions than caring for their customers. Bad outcome.
