Nate and Darren arrived ahead of schedule and got stuck in and completed the job. As I had to get back to my own job, I left them with the garage opener so they could get parts and lock up afterwards which they did without a problem. Also appreciate the priority put on the job from Lindsey in the office as I had no hot water. Would use again.

called to get a quote, got charged $166 for it and a letter claiming it is in their T&Cs and that 99% of business charge for quotes.when asked to clarify on the phone, Kyle (owner) spoke a lot of rubbish but didn't want to come out and see me when I visited the office. He left the dirty work to a flustered and sheepish receptionist who asked me to come back while she sorts this out"total crook."

Called for work as let down by Laser Plumbing, no trouble to Premium Ltd,Sent a fella out Sam, a amazing work skills take photo of problem, went away back in a flash and out plumbing was taken care of immediately.Great service so we are now on board, definitely would recommend them. Thanks guys :)

If you want the job done properly the first time, call Premium Plumbing. Had the team sort my laundry issues, a new cylinder, our new mains water connection, tank demolition and pump removal as well as drainage and a bit of earth works. The boys all went above and beyond to sort us out. Big thanks to Liam, Matt, Josh and Kyle. Bunch of legends.

I have recently had to deal with Kyle. I contacted him becos I had no hot water. He sent someone to look but they were unable to due to the hwc being in the roof. (No ladder). I then waited almost 2 weeks until Someone came to check it. But within the first week of course I had a 166 bill. For ? There was very bad communication, lieing from him, bullying tactics and harassment. He lied and said he contacted my landlord in which I waited to hear a response from about the situation. Only to find this was a ploy for who knows why? Then becos my landlords heard nothing they to have not paid his bill due to all the extremely poor work ethics. A month later and I still have very little hot water. In which I have given notice and are moving from the property and he then pretended there was a manager(clearly a protocol to follow before he can take me to debt collectors. In which the tribunal have said isn’t even my responsibility. As I have said to him yet he still Harrasses me and threatens me with this. And at the end of it the problems is a ripple relay with the power company. Nothing wrong with the cylinder. Yet the huge bill for a 10min call out. With employeres that to lie. Wow. Would never recommend this man. This is the first ever google review I’ve done to. Not a pleas experience.

Our water pump broke down, which meant we had no water coming into the house, a real problem! We called a few plumbers that didn't sound interested in travelling out to Waitoki, then got hold of Premium who sent a chap out immediately and got the water running within an hour.
