We had a really great experience renting our car from Yesaway. The staff were really friendly. They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport on time. The car was very well maintained and came with a USB charger & phone holder. We’ll definitely book with Yesaway next time when we’re in Queenstown!

Be prepared to be hit with hidden extra costs if outside of office ours. We would've been better to hire from a bigger company with onsite Airport pick up. The car was not as per pic on the website. The stereo system was stuck in Chinese and we asked them to change it to English so we could as least use it while travelling and they said they did not know how. Soooo....no music what so ever the entire trip. Could not even charge our phones in the car. Port did not work. Rubbish. Never again!
