Do not recommend these people at all!!Brought my iPhone 12 Pro Max in to get its back glass replaced. Ever since they replaced it my back camera just glitches and stays blurry. This was not like this prior to the replacement. I rung them up to let them know and their excuse is that it is not their fault and then telling me it was like that previously.. then told me that I can take it back but will be charged for them to fix what they already broke. They are Liars! Do not trust them at all!

I went to the store to fix up my iphone 12 receiver and i got my phone back in just 25 minutes with renewable price so they have really good serving so thanks to all team the it fox solutions

Very bad experience. Went to put one screen guard for my brand new s23 ultra. Found one line (like a razor blade scrach across the phone,but thankfully it was not the screen it just the screen guard got some kind of printed line). Asked them about this and they said it will go after 2or3 hours. Waited for 4 hours but nothing changed. Went there and they said it will go tomorrow,it's happened because of the weather something like that. Asked what if it s not gone by tomorrow, they took my phone and ripped the screen guard off and throwed it in the bin.Gave bank details for refund. Not recommended. Charged 55 dollars for this. Went straight to the base mall,saw a small shop run by one Chinese lady (very nice personality)she gave me screen guard, camera protector, mag safe cover and free complimentary mag safe card holder for 110,altogether

I got my screen replacement for iphone6 and battery replacement. Nik has sorted me within an hour and at affordable price and took good care of me. I would recommend this place for your phone or laptop repairs.

Thanks Team,I decided to come here when my phone battery started to play up and wouldn’t turn on anymore. I took it in and briefly explained the situation that I was in and clarified that it could just be the charging port and battery that needed to be renewed. The guy that was on shift properly checked and also agreed but wanted to make sure it was that or else it would’ve been replaced for nothing (he also mentioned if that was the case, then I wouldn’t need to pay.) Came back 2-3 hours later to my phone being fixed and working better then it was before. Excellent and fast service, left with a smile on my face. :)

Great work to pass to your team mate in Auckland so this review for you too as well.We thought our iPhone had died..while using purple and white lines appeared across the front..wouldn't turn off...found this shop and staff in the store was such a great help..pressed buttons got the phone to close down...then plugged it in and waited about 3 minutes and it turned on and was alive again..no charge..but we did offer to buy him a coffee..he said no..but we did purchase a really good power pack for our travels. THANK YOU SHAUN..life saver..so far from home.

Went in to purchase a phone case and a protector screen for my Samsung. They advised they had to manually cut the gel screen for an S20 so I left it there and returned. They wanted to charge for $88 - $39 for the case and $44 for the gel screen. Complete rip off. I left the case but had to pay for the cover as it was already installed. There are no prices on the goods in the store so they can charge whatever.they feel like on the day.would not recommend and would not shop here again. I would rate 0 stars if I could.
