I work as a hairdresser and this causes a lot of stress on particular areas of my body. I was suffering with different pains and mobility issues before I found Alex, but she has helped to resolve these issues and I couldn’t recommend her more!Alex really listens to what your goal is for each appointment and tailors each session to focus on your problem areas. She is very attentive and gave me different stretches I can incorporate into my day to help with mobility.I would recommend anyone to give Alex a try!

Alexandra is just ‘the best’. There are simply insufficient adjectives to describe her treatments, so, suffice it to say, one hour with Alex is a treat for the mind and body. I will miss her wise counsel and her kindness, but mostly I shall miss those ‘magic’ hands! I wish her every success and happiness in her new home.
