Excellent service. We had issues with 3 TVs and Paul identified what needed doing promptly and got them all sorted. Very reasonable charge also. Highly recommend.

What a fantastic outfit Advanced Vision are; Miles came at the appointed time, identified the issue, did the job, tidied up afterwards and left. When I received the invoice, I was very pleasantly surprised how reasonable their labour charges were. Top company, top job, and will definitely get them back if I have any other issues. Brilliant!!

One of the best trade experiences I’ve had. Tv wouldn’t work - wasn’t sure of the problem. Phoned the office - Caroline was polite, helpful and genuine. Managed to organise someone to come round that day. Had a call from their super tech Miles an hour later advising a time he would arrive. Even sent me a text after the fact when he though he might be 10 min later. Upon arrival he sorted the issue within 40mins - was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Fantastic service all round. Highly recommend.
