Aquapick New Zealand

I emailed Simon at Aquapick NZ regarding my Aquapick 300 which had stopped working after a number of years. He suggested I rang him and he was very helpful on the phone and had a new one sent to me within days! I have found this product to be perfect for ensuring my gums and teeth are clean and healthy. A friend and I bought the Aquapick recently at the Food Show. I have found it to be very very noisy. I have left 2 messages over the last week , to speak to someone about it but to date no one has phoned me back! We were also told it was retailing at $450 at Harvey Norman and have since found it is selling at much less than that. We were also not told about the ongoing costs of cleaning tablets although I specifically asked if there were. It seems to work okay but the noise is very very loud and would disturb someone sleeping in any adjoining room. I also feel after sales service is important for any product and it is disappointing that no one has called me back.

I wish I knew about water flossing earlier as it is such a wonderful thing for your oral health. Because you can never floss all your teeth with a line floss that clean. From the first time I used the Aquapick water flosser I immediately fell in love with it. Simon is so professional who sells his products with incredible customer service. Simon is always there for you whenever you have any questions or issues. Now I do not feel comfortable without using Aquapick as my mouth and teeth feel so nice and clean afterwards. Aquapick is so easy to use for whole family, I would recommend anyone to buy Aquapick NZ products.

The after-sales service from Simon has been exemplary! We have had our Aquapick for just under a year, and really can't imagine not having it. The biggest change since we've been using it is the lack of bad morning breath". I guess if you properly remove all traces of food from between your teeth

I bought the AquaFlosser a year ago. I have arthritis and struggle with dental floss so this has been a brilliant alternative. It doesn’t take up much space, holds the charge for ages and has a simple and soft switch. The switch had one hiccup so I sent it to be checked and within a week I had a brand new machine. Great product, excellent service. Highly recommended.

I love my aquapick water flosser -you get used to it quickly and once you do it is so much better and more effective than the little plastic pics or traditional floss. Gets rid of so much food between your teeth it is unbelievable and my teeth always get the thumbs up from the dental hygienist. I have also recently bought a sonic toothbrush from Aquapick and would recommend that as well. Finally what has really made the difference is the back-up service and contact that is right here in New Zealand; Simon is excellent to deal with. So - I highly recommend.

I am very pleased with my new AQ-205.It takes up less room in my tiny bathroom, it's easier to hold,and the USB charging system is a lot more portable than myprevious one. It's also easier to pull in half to fill with filteredwater, which I really appreciate.

Every time I had something to eat bits would stick in a gap between two certain teeth. EVERY TIME. I've tried floss & that got stuck between my teeth. Then I was used toothpicks - they weren't slim enough to get fully between those teeth. I bought a metal dental pick which worked ok but was hard on gums, and the teeth - catching on the edge of fillings.I am very pleased with the aquapick and Simon's assistance. As I have sensitive teeth I do need to remember to fill with warm water and then allow the cold water still in the tubing to clear out, otherwise Ouch!

Good at cleaning teeth with the water flosser. Could be improved by better design: 1. Stronger and tighter fitting water jet tip, 2. raised or indented on/off button so it's easier to access, 3. Stronger water filling door hinges as they break easily.

I have been using the Aquapick travel flosser every morning and night. It’s the best thing I ever have to clean my teeth. I take it everywhere i go. It’s very easy to use. It doesn’t cause any pain in your gums after using. When I had my teeth cleaning after one year,the doctor said my teeth were so clean!I said i use water floss every day.I am supposed to get my teeth cleaned every 6 months. I have to have this everyday especially having veneers, I need healthy gums and teeth. I highly recommend this product.
