Nice enough shop but 1 star from me. I bought 5 books the other day for about 200. One of the books was a biography on Elon Musk. The first chapter in I realised it was a book written for children. Not enjoyable and so decided to return it and seek a credit for another book. Despite being in perfect condition I was refused a swap. The book was not in the children’s section so although some blame rests with myself for buying on the spot and not test reading a few pages, their attitude to a request for credit means they get 1 star from me and a guarantee I will be taking my book buying business elsewhere from now on. Potential customers should be warned they operate on this kind of basis.
