The guy serving couldn't even be arsed to put his cell phone down for 2 minutes to serve us, he just carried on with his phone call to his mate while muttering the odd word to us, once we got down the road and cracked into a beer we realised they were expired, very disappointing - wish I could give it less than 1star

Appalling; withered vegetables, over priced, poorly stocked. Looks like about to go bankrupt. Poor display on the bike trail when places like Ranfurly, and the neighbouring village of Ophir etc are excellent.

Been for bike trail and stayed in Omakau. Found this shop which got everything we needed , chilled beers , grocery and ice-creams. Didn't expect such shop in this small town. very friendly staff who came down to show items in isles what i was after. will go again when i go for bike trail again.
