DJ the person who answered my call was the most unhelpful customer rep I have dealt with.After speaking to the Wellington branch where my item was picked up to be delivered to New Plymouth, they advised that the branch would be able to track the item from their branch even though I couldn't provide a track & trace number by using the delivery address and our account number.Someone forgot to train this person on customer service - a flat out No cant help you doesn't wash in this day and age. Post Haste you need to address poor service, and that's before we talk about a 10kg package taking 2 weeks to get half way up the country and disappearing.

Driver stated they had dropped item off and hadn't. Spoke to DJ who didnt give a toss about us being $300 out of pocket very blazae. No responsibility .. DJ stated that she had tried to contact driver 21 times and had no response at all.SHAME ON YOU POSTEHASTE that you can treat people like this and think that's acceptable service to give.

Shouldn’t even be any stars. Where are my four boxes Post Haste. Over $300.00 worth, several different stories from courier driver, same courier driver that was suppose to deliver a package that didn’t arrive a year ago, and intimidated my poor neighbours. And of course blamed my neighbours yet again. So many missing parcels, eyes are watching you! You’ve walked on too many graves.

Nice and efficient couriers that dont leave packages if no one is home even if requested to leave at back door, this is good as there seem to be a few package thefts being reported lately

Post Haste “mobile disco” courier arrived at 6:00 to deliver to a neighbour in New Plymouth with foul language and thumping beats for 15 minutes before finally leaving. Companies surely don’t realise what an awful impression can be given by such inconsiderate and selfish employees. I would never entrust my parcels to people like that as I’m sure they wouldn’t be treated with care and I doubt anyone else woken up so early and so rudely and unnecessarily feels positively inclined towards that company. Employees are a company’s biggest asset or worst liability when it comes to marketing.

Overnight delivery of perishable goods didn’t happen. Have not had issues with overnight deliveries with other couriers. Disappointing and response was far from empathetic.

Worse couriers ever. They delivered box to wrong address and had the audacity to come to my house,the right address and apologize and just leave and didn't leave no contact details nothing. Now were out $100 worth of stuff and no one cares worse feeling.
