Had the filter changed today - the service guy was 4 hours late, had to borrow a pen to note the service date and when next service was due - copied the previous dates so put 18/2/19 as the date serviced and 18/2/19 as next due date. Gives a lot of confidence -not. was here less than 10 minutes and charged $155. What do you think??

Have had a filter installed recently after the food show on Westpac. Under bench commercial grade filter and it's a really good buy to take out chlorine and sediments. Could taste absolutely no chlorine in the water and coffee tastes better too. Good work team . Installation was easy and no hassles what so ever. Good customer service as well.
