Noel Leeming Hastings

Went in today to purchase a phone, waited around for 15 minutes trying to find someone to serve us and when they finally got there the phone was out of stock. Understandable that people are still on holiday but it doesn't take much to put a sign out when you're out of stock.

A great store with just about everything needed for a home in this busy world, staff are fantastic with a pleasant and welcoming manner. I always deal with Grant he never rushes you or pressures you into buying but has great knowledge of all products

My experience with Sam's service was extremely frustrating. I ended up wasting a lot of time because I was sold the wrong charger and had to return for the correct one. There was no apology, and I was transferred to an inexperienced trainee who took forever to process the refund and finally give me the right one.

I bought a Bose 900 smart soundbar and it has an issue. I dropped it off at the Hastings branch at 1:45pm Tuesday and it still hadn't been looked at when I called after lunch on Wednesday. Once I complained to head office, I got a call within minutes saying someone was looking at my soundbar. They asked me to come in and explain the problem, which I promptly did (taking time off work). After listening to the soundbar for a few minutes I was informed the problem couldn't be found. I then took it home and heard the issue again within minutes. I'll be taking it back tomorrow since the issue is still there. After reading the reviews, and from my own experience, Noel Leeming Hastings will not be getting my repeat business. Update: I got a refund from Noel Leeming and went to Harvey Norman and bought a Samsung Q990B...

Good store and service, staff are friendly and quick.

Compared to the Napier Noel Leeming the Hastings one better.I do see other reviews here that say the hasting service is poor compared to Napier. It looks like Noel Leeming overall have poor service. I guess I have given 4 stars here just because I felt they have been less worse than Napier.

Visited store to buy new fridge freezer. Served by Grant, but told none in store of the Samsung model we wanted. Advised to come back after the warehouse opens on Monday to check if can order one we want. Surprising in today's digital age, Noel Leemings and Samsung haven't identified this as an opportunity to sell more appliances!

Went there yesterday to purchase a phone. Been waiting for assistance more than 15 minutes and been told no one available at the moment. Looks like only one staff with the customer while others just standing behind the counter.
