Absolutely Love my new car. Test drove a Model 3 Performance. Loved it so much that as soon as I got home I ordered one exactly the same online. There was a 6 month wait before picking it up. But that was enough time to renovate my garage. Hassle free pick up.

Safe, secure, gated, underground charging station with multiple paid (0.85c/kw), plus free destination chargers that tesla owners can access 24hrs a day by using a code on the tesla app.We spent about an Hr in the upstairs Tesla lounge while the car charged.

Poor customer service, unprofessional, no ethic, no service standard. Will suggest all newbies to look at other options. If the service is not good at buying time what to expect at service times ? Total waste of time. Tesla is rated no 4 world best car The dealership in NZ and their staff have the sucking attitude .Rich people will buy luxury cars where they have money in their pockets, and these untrained unprofessional they do not understand the client needs and think the sale will happen on it own. Useless service compared to other cars dealerships. I will buy car from other brand cars and also recommend all my rich friends todo the same and not buy any Teslas anymore. Elon musk should think his strategy accordingly where unprofessional staff manner could cost business.

Our first experience was a mixed bag but today that was reversed. Awesome customer service. Went for a test drive. Loved the Tesla Y. Great customer service with both people who were part of the experience today. Really knowledgeable about the car and ways of driving. It really is a different experience but a great one.

No services.staff doesn’t know anything about the car, been given incorrect information about the car inventory and can’t answer the questions. Feel like those car sellers are part time students without full training provided.

I had a bad experience with this company, ordered Model Y on 7 February 2023 and paid off one day after, a couple days after PRICE was dropped 2000$ , when contacted staff ( Imran and other staff) and I have been told that nothing they can do. Imagine only two days and you have lost 2000$ , if u were me , what you feel ????

Came to check out the model 3 personally to ask probably a ridiculous number of questions which I've had for a while. Unfortunately, nobody approached me even after the Kiwi nod. to be fair everyone looked busy doing something, so they looked unapproachable. But when a family arrived in the store, immediately a staff member from the back came to help them. At the end I had stuff to do so I just left. Would like to recommend people going to this store to make a booking or a phone call before going in, I reckon they're really busy most of the time :)

Yeah Josh and Adi are wonderful to deal with. Great test drive, great product and the service is pretty good.
