I would highly recommend Carolyn, she's friendly, fun, knowledgeable and really down to earth. I was an absolute beginner when I started training with Carolyn and I always felt comfortable to ask for help with using equipment or checking my technique. I've recently moved to a personalised online coaching program that I do in my home gym and I can't recommend it more. I wasn't sure if my at home/online training results would stack up to in person gym workouts but the measurements don't lie - I'm seeing great results and I'm sticking to my training plan and it's all down to Carolyn's coaching!

To say that Carolyn has changed my life is an understatement.I cannot communicate enough how much I had failed in health and fitness before meeting her 5 years ago, I had never followed through with a gym membership without it becoming money that left my account every week. Carolyn has been my personal trainer for over 2 years and I genuinely have her to thank for my love of the gym. I decided to move into online coaching with Carolyn as I was leaving NZ and it was a bit of a no brainer! I am so happy that I continued my training with her in this way. Nothing in life is smooth sailing and health and fitness is no exception, but I have always been able to reach out to Carolyn with any questions or concerns. She offers excellent advice every time- adapting workouts and exercises in order to get the most out of each session. She has taught me that there are many different ways to achieve the same goal and I have complete trust in her. If you want training that will help you navigate through not just the gym, but your health and wellbeing in general- then I recommend you call her in :).

I have been training with Carolyn for about 4yrs now and I can honestly say I've never had a trainer who cares as much as Carolyn does. She cares about all aspects of the health and fitness journey and actually listens to what you're saying. Carolyns approach to a healthy lifestyle is making sure its sustainable and not just a 4wk stint, she understands there's good days and bad days. Carolyn is motivating, knowledgeable and understanding which is extremely important to me while I'm going through ACL rehab with her. She's the most supportive trainer you'll find so there's really no point in looking any further. 10/10 would recommend.

Carolyn has been my Personal Trainer since 2020 and I couldn’t be more pleased. Not only have I’ve returned to my “pre-baby-weight”, I also feel stronger and healthier. A big plus that she’s a fun and easy person to talk to whilst working out! Definitely recommend.

Carolyn has to be considered as one of the best PT’s in town! I have been training with her for 2 years now and she’s helped me achieve every goal I’ve had a long the way. Not only does she has a wide knowledge of exercises, she also helps me with nutrition and general life advice. I could not recommend her more highly!
