The service and access to the city were the standouts for me. Whatever we needed was no trouble for the team and they recommended some amazing places for us to visit during our short stay. The rooms are fit for a short stay, are clean and come with all the appliances needed to avoid using shared facilities to cook and wash clothes. The proximity to the city and a large building site make it a noisy venue, but we were warned in advance by the team.

Tidy & clean within walking distance for everything we wanted. Great to have a washing machine & dryer to keep up with clean clothes. Will definitely stay there again.

I actually ended up isolating in this motel as I managed to catch covid. The staff were absolutely fantastic. Friendly and caring, but also very careful. As a guest you would be very safe. I could not recommend them enough. The facilities were good too. Definitely a good place to stay if you need somewhere in central Christchurch.

Late check in starts at 7pm and you need to contact them through the intercom. I arrived at 7:30 and it took 15 minutes to speak to someone. On a cold wet night it’s not a pleasant experience standing outside hoping someone is going to answer. In the end another guest let me in and I picked up my key that was left on the counter . I could have been anyone so shocking security too. Not a great start for my stay. I’ve amended from 1 to 4 stars as I’ve had an awesome response from the Manager to my feedback.

A bit on the meh side.Sofa had no sides, was deeply uncomfortable and not worth sitting on.Windows don’t open … but once you stay here and imagine the year round clientele of depressed business men you can probably figure out why.Opposite the world famous Vodafone head office, the cardboard cathedral and the world’s emptiest car park though

Great room. Clean and well equipped. A little out of the main part of the city but not too far from a tram stop. Shame about the building site opposite. There is no receptionist after 7 pm, but it did not affect us, given we checked in earlier.

Rooms are internally good, but with windows that do not open, there is a need for air circulation. The mechanism is, however, noisy. The property is located right on the edge of the city. Therefore, to get to the attractions, you will need to walk circa 1km.City still needs to be rebuilt following the earthquake. Building site across the road.

Nice hotel, room was simple but comfortable and clean, location was good for a walk into the CBD.The free parking was a nice bonus.It's not intended to be a resort so it's light on facilities. (This didn't concern me) If your looking for good straightforward and simple accommodation I'd highly recommend it and I'd definitely return for my work travel.One thing was I didn't realise there was construction over the road and wasn't mentioned so it was a little bit of a suprise when in the morning the vibrations started from the machinery drilling and concrete pouring.
