Love this gym. Trainer is super interactive with everyone, can get abit packed at times but usually always something free to jump on.

I wish to cancel my membership.Your personal trainer has proven to be totally unprofessional and incapable of listening. Since joining I have so far been unable to use the services I have paid for when I joined. He has proven to be unreliable and has zero customer focus. I am expected to schedule the appointment to suit his schedule and not mine. He also indicated on one occasion he was going to make me work until I fell over, this is not what I want and never ndicated to him this was my goal, he seemed to think this was funny. Perhaps because of my age. What am I missing here? My last attempt was to ask the St Johns Manager to get him to text me 3 times around 4 pm on a weekday so I could choose one. Last night at Midnight I received a text that indicated on Friday he had a time but could not confirm this until someone else had confirmed. Is this the standard of customer service that you accept?Please have your payment collection company confirm you have removed me from your payment schedule effective immediately.Should any further payments be made I will take this situation public.

Nothing more than what you would expect from a Gym. Not for heavy lifters. Not that busy. Staff are always friendly. Clean facilities

Love training at this facility. Never crowded. The new manager is so friendly and always keep the club and equipment clean. Will sure recommend my mates. Keep up the good work Jetts :-)

I've been coming to this gym for a while now and really enjoying it. Great value for money. Especially the new manager is great and making sure the showers and toilets are really clean. No mold in sight anymore. He is also very friendly, engaging and helpful.

Quiet and small gym near opposite to Sylvia Park Mall. Not crowded, Parking in front of gym and on Sundays undercover car park behind the gym.
