Mister Minit Chartwell

I needed my watch battery changed but no jewellery store or even an Auckland Mr Minit would do it. They all offered to send it away to a specialist because apparently it's a difficult watch to work with and the face could break easily (it's a Skagen). I needed my watch and didn't want the two week wait it may take to send away. After 5 different stores turned me down my last chance was Mr Minit Chartwell. After carefully studying it he said he could change the battery. And he did. Flawlessly. Very impressed. Thank-you.

Excellent customer service from Sandeep felt really comfortable to talk to and very efficient. No need to wait too long they know what they’re doing. 10/10 would recommend.

Unhappy with their service, mainly for poor communication, and also weird pricing. Mannerism of staff was decent though.I asked to adjust my watch.To which I agreed, yet when I said the watch was still loose- I was told I would have to pay more for further adjustment.If you want to do this- it's weird, but whatever- however this should have been communicated to me earlier.

The customer service I received from Mister Minit was absolutely incredible.After work, I made my way over to the shop to get a bracelet engraved for a friends birthday, this was around 5:45pm, they close at 6pm and they still served me. They re-heated up their laser machine just to sort this for me as soon as possible. I even received a discount which was amazing. Awesome staff, 110% would recommend. Thank you so much team, made my whole year

Best service quick and friendly reprogrammed my car alarm remote and gave me 1 year warranty very happy will recommend this shop to family and friends

These guys are GOOD. They no what they are doing and are so obliging.I had links taken from my watch, plus i purchased a new electronic key for my car. First rate good value for money took the new key to the car to make sure it was coded right 5 stars guys highly recommend to all

SHODDY WORKMANSHIP & OWNER WITH LACK OF INTEGRITY. The owner of Mr Minit Chartwell totally ruined a piece of silver jewellery with his terrible engraving workmanship. He had two attempts & admitted to my daughter he needed to Google what an infinity sign looked like. Pascoes Jewellers Chartwell put the replacement jewellery on hold for my daughter as they viewed his workmanship and felt Mr Minit should go to them and pay for the replacement item! He wouldn't even refund the cost of his terrible engraving job. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not take any precious jewellery to him for engraving he obviously doesn't have the skill level or the conscience to put things right.We will definitely be taking this further with the Head Office of Mr Minit, there needs to be a better standard within their Franchise Organisation.I urge you not to support Mr Minit Chartwell Hamilton if this is his standard of running a business.

I had 3 pieces of jewellery engraved by the man at Chartwell Mister Minit in Hamilton.He was very diligent with what I was wanting of his service and the finished engravings were very satisfactory and will recommend his services to anyone.

Excellent service, very helpful. I recommend Amandeep for all my watch servicing needs. Quick turn-around on my battery replacement. Also great job engraving my Christmas gifts. Mister Minit Chartwell 10/10.
