Lovely toy store run by some awesome people (they're Lego collectors like me). Knowledgeable - were able to tell me all about upcoming lego releases. If you sign up to their website / mailing list you can get regular updates of sales, competitions, events for kids, etc.

In-store service when buying something = great 5/5After sales service = non-existent. Contacted 3 times over 6 weeks with no response about an issue with a missing piece of lego. Not ideal when you're spending $650 on an item.Why would I spend my money here next time if I can get the item cheaper online and better service?

Store was simply the best Toy World around under the previous owners. The new owners have several things above RRP prices especially Lego sets, the new owners are simply lacking any form of professionalism and quite freely swear at each other behind the counter. Best to avoid this store.

This is the best place to come in Hawke's Bay for Lego variety. They also have other toys here that are not available elsewhere in the Bay.

Friendly helpful staff but I did not find what I was looking for in the way of a sturdy tractor & trailer for a 1 year olds gift in the price range/size I had in mind. I did find what I wanted elsewhere.
