I dont normally write reviews, but the service I received when re-vinning my 1936 Austin 10 was exceptional. All of the staff are extremly knowledable, friendly and professional and gave a level of service rarely seen these days. Many thanks to all the staff who made the whole process extremely easy. Great service, from the lady at the front desk ( I think her name was Annette) who helped me with paperwork for replacement hubometer to the guys who fid the COF on my motorhome bus. Just a please dealing with them.

I went for a wof for my trailer. Went through quickly without any hassles. Have previously been disappointed when the wof tech mistook a ripped dust boot on my vehicle for a ruptured air cushion. Caused quite a bit of hassle getting it sorted. While the dust boot needed replacing it didn't effect the workings or safety of the suspension. Part needed to be imported and not available in NZ at that time. The fault was such that a needs attention for next wof would have been appropriate and effectively what happened after a lot of running around and hassle for me.
