Natural Bark & Compost

Pretty slack in responses. Two unanswered emails before a call back following a third. Delivery following that was relatively quick. Delivery charge was exorbitant - a third of the total bill. Confirmed what I had been told by another so I learned the hard way.

Great value for money on the bark chips today, only took 15 mins to load and I was away, quality is good and full scoops too.

I was very disappointed in my load of topsoil. The delivery was great but my topsoil was full of stones and rocks. After ringing and telling them ,they have done nothing to fix the problem. I asked if there were any stones in it and was told It's topsoil, which I guess that's means No stones. So I ask the delivery man to drop it on my lawn as it was supposely stone free. No ture. I have stones all over my lawn and a garden full of rocks. Silly thing is They have lost a customer who would have probably spent at least a thousand dollars more over a period of time. Just moved in and planning gardens everywhere.All it would have taken would have been an offer of a new load, stone free.

Recently bought 22 bags of their Poultry Compost to over seed 100sqm of lawn. It was meant to be aged poultry manure and saw dust. However each bag was full of bark chips and stones (some the size of a potato). Further I find clothes pegs, glass, a supermarket bag and other rubbish. Very organic! Even had a cut piece of 4x2 timber. Obviously their is no screening happening. Rang them up and their response was totally unhelpful. I asked them to improve their screening process and I didn't even get a response for that. Spent about a day trying to clean up the largest pieces of bark and stones however the smaller pieces are still there. Aged Poultry Compost is extremely good but please check your bags before you buy.
