Sarah really does know her stuff! Having been disillusioned by a nutritionist I was seeing, meeting with Sarah was a breath of fresh air. She treated me as an individual and worked to really find the best solutions and outcomes. She talked about all aspects of my life, including my stage of life and the impact they might have. The sessions with Sarah were educational and I came away feeling listened to. Sarah's approach is “real”, friendly yet very professional and her follow up documents are great. She made me feel empowered .
