Simon is a jedi. Repeated frustrating issues with my bike pre-coast to coast, and Simon sorted everything, replaced the failing components, solved the problems and for an unbelievably fair price. Thankyou flying fix - brilliant!!!

After failing to find a slot for weeks at any one of the ‘fixed’ services (didn’t even get a reply from the one I had paid extra for a service package on purchase with) Simon got back to me within the hour, did me a huge favour and squeezed my service in the same day as he was in the area, came to me, was efficient yet thorough, made paying easy, and emailed a description of what he had done, in a language I could understand. I will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend Simon to others.

Easy communication, swift service with replacement of break cables and both tires at home, that was all good - but I have been having problems with the bike afterwards.During the first ride after the service, the end of a break cable that hadn't been capped properly pierced into my tire mid-ride.Simon fixed that swiftly (but not FOC).Now, my bike hasn't passed the mandatory safety check for a race, because of an ill-fitted back break cable that was rubbing on the tire every time it was engaged. I would have expected this to be checked at the service.The mechanics at T7 here also suggested the tyres that had been fitted were a size the manufacturer didn't recommend. I would have expected a conversation about my options and the pros and cons of different sizes at the service.

Super reliable and reasonable fee for the quality work Simon does. Always pleasant to talk to and great to deal with.
