This service is such a great idea for anyone who gets into a spot of bother with their Computer, especially for oldies like myself. I just send Janine a Text and as we are all connected up she does the rest and gets every thing back on track. I highly recommend.

Janine is a Godsend!! I am a builder, I am not very computer friendly. Janine takes my problems off my hands and fixes them! Super Quick at replying, knows what I want or should have done, gives me the options and the prices and then gets on with it. Just Wonderful!

I am very grateful to have access to Free Up My Time to solve my perplexing computer problems. Janine is able to communicate with me at my level of computer understanding unlike many computer geeks. On the occasions I have used her service I have been impressed with her knowledge and her ability to research and find solutions for those more unusual problems. I have full trust in her and allow her access to my computer remotely using Team Viewer and this saves time and money

Janine is amazing! After a computer disaster and initial panic stations, I contacted her for expert advice. Short notice and unsociable hours did not prevent Janine from getting everything back up and running for me. I love the personal touch in understanding your individual set up preferences. Changed my laptop as it was getting too old. Free Up My Time did everything for me. Buying it, making sure it was suitable for what I would be doing, setting it up, the change over has been seamless and she even set up a tablet that I have had for ages but couldnt use and now sourcing a cover and keyboard for the tablet, plus giving me some much needed training.Absolutely Brilliant ServiceThank you so much

Janine set up a new laptop for me and migrated all my data across to it. She was very professional. The support I received once I had the laptop home & was trying to work everything out, was fantastic! Great after hours support. A nice easy transition to my new machine. Top service!

My computer had issues over the Christmas break and I didn't think I would be able to get it fixed until businesses re-opened in the New Year. Janine was prompt to answer the phone and was able to look at it that day. She kept me updated on what she was doing to fix it and had the job done within a few days. She also made some great suggestions on how to avoid any future disasters! Her fees were also very reasonable. I would highly recommend her!
