Penrose Train Station
Historic railway station in the middle of an old industrial area. Minimal facilities indicates that the station is not used much. Small area for shelter from the rain and wind.

Both stations display the same trains, some times it is hard to find on which station the train is coming.

Penrose Train Station
Parking is almost full. Muddy roads at entrance. You need to walk around 200mtrs to catch a train. Changing platform also takes quite a long walk. Not that much convenient in catching trains on exact time. You need to give extra 3-5mins, if you are on Penrose station for the first time.

Penrose Train Station
Having to change from Southern line to Onehunga line or vise versa is a real hassle. For disabled passengers do it at Ellerslie, much simpler. On the Onehunga line Platform 3 - needs better signage for people going to concerts or sporting events. Here an Idea - how about a new walkway to Mt Smart for sport and concert goers.

Station has branch line to Onehunga which is over a bridge. Clean and pleasant station could do with more seating under cover

Have two platforms from two lines, but no signage that lets you know what’s the best platform for you, ticket machine worked but didn’t print a ticket so had to rely on showing staff my transaction on my phone

I don't like the ramp, Itz a long walk frm gt sth road onto the ramp to get to the station, ndz easier access for the old people, ndz an elevator, I dnt like Penrose station period
