May is a very friendly and helpful person, who alone deserves a 5 star customer service rating. After looking around, we found this garage to be the cheapest. But be wary.Before purchasing a grabone voucher. Ring in and inquire about additional cost as stipulated in the conditions. For example, ceramic brake pads or synthetic oil, which cost more, are required for modern vehicles.My concern with the shop is regarding a Chinese women, who had her car fixed but wasn’t paying at the agreed price. If it was not for her prior confrontation, we could have been in the same situation so we were urging to pay for our quoted price before the cost fluctuated. As it turned out, the manager had a different price in mind. So before work commences, ask about gst, labour and how they work out how much it will cost to fix your car.

Used Grab One voucher to get front brake pads serviced. Then asked to get bushes done too. He did it happily. Thanks for a great experience. I would recommend.

Absolutely a Rip off company. I bought a grabone deal for WOF and basic servicing for 129. He did wof and says we have to pay extra 80 bucks fo servicing. Didn't do any basic servicing. Please DO NOT use them or buy any voucher for them.

Worse experiences ever going here! Not even worth a rating SERIOUSLY! When I arrived the reception lady was very nice. She got the mechanic to come and see me. I said I needed my front brakes done. The island fallah was good but then the Indian man said I had to pay more to get the right type of brakes as I then had told him I had a Grab one ticket. Another Indian then came over and said the same I needed to pay more, he then carried on to say how I need to talk as I Im not allowed to swear in his workshop. They have no right to tell me how I need to be.. Rip off c##ts and rude bastards!

This dodgy business finds sneaky ways to charge extra costs, bought voucher for service for a japanese car and they tell me upon booking that there are additional surcharges for normal synthetic oil. Waste of time, liars, cheaters i do not recommend anyone come here, they make sure to make their moneys worth. Voucher is pretty much just a labour cost

Only reason this score isn't a one is that one guy here redeemed the awful experience I had here by only charging me $15 for my failed WOF check when I'd originally said I'd do a service and WOF for $49. The other guy kept demanding more money for things (synthetic oil, filter) without adequately explaining why or giving me any choice in the matter (so I said no and left 'cos I think he was trying to rip me off, and if not, it was appalling customer service anyway). I don't recommend this place at all. I was attracted by the seemingly low cost despite the reviews, but in this case, definitely not worth it.

The team at Cartronics are amazing! As a new resident here in Auckland I’m happy to have found a wee gem to use as my regular mechanic! Every staff member I dealt with were friendly, inviting and offered options. The price is great! Would recommend Cartronics for your needs. Will definitely be back with my car! Thanks guys.

The guy at the front entrance was super friendly and professional, I needed my lights fixed and it got repaired in just minutes! they kept checking up one me in the waiting to room to make sure things were running smooth, they kept calm and collective at all times when they kept coming back, overall the performance of these men, were simply perfect" These guys here at "CARTRONICS ONEHUNGA" will not disappoint!!! Consider this feedback as your own satisfaction
