Well what can I say, I am sitting here in Waihi in the property we wanted a year after Paul and staff( Samantha and Ben ) answered my enails and texts. We had a trust to wind up a property to sell and buy. and it all went to plan and budget.out of hours

We chose to use Brendan Wall on the basis of the reviews on here which were pretty much all we had to go on (we live overseas). Choosing Brendan was a very good decision on our part. We had another lawyer for two years prior who took our retainer and then did absolutely nothing. He was also impossible to communicate with. In two years we received no phone calls, no emails and no mail and only managed to speak to him twice. We asked advice from Brendan then subsequently terminated the other lawyer. Within one week of signing Terms of Engagement with Brendan Wall we had more communication from him than we had had for the previous two years and that was even before he arranged for the retainer from the first lawyer to be transferred. Honest, ethical and onto the issue from the moment of first contact. I never expected to be writing a positive review for a lawyer, but we've never had a lawyer in the same league as Brendan, not here nor in New Zealand.
