Shipping and packaging was excellent and best in market pricing. I had an issue with a misunderstanding about the particular properties of the resin I purchased but Zubbin responded quickly and helped me resolve the issue. Perfect customer service, they have gained a loyal customer.

Have had a fantastic experience in dealing Zubbin and 3D printing services. After a couple of decades of using other companies to print my company's prototypes, I decide to purchase my own printer. After finding out what I was doing, Zubbin made suggestions pointing me in a direction I wouldn't have considered going and it was more cost effective to! He obviously has a great depth of knowledge and practical experience.

Great place to shop if you have plenty of time to waste. Three out of three times I purchased products through this store I have had issues. Mostly to do with things being advertised as in stock when they are in fact not. This would be forgivable if their customer outreach was better, however, each time I have had to reach out to them after not seeing or hearing anything for a matter of weeks. In addition to this, each time they have made poor excuses and tried to make it out to be my own fault.

Amazing service from these guys every time. They've got the largest range of 3d printing filaments & resins I've seen in New Zealand. And they back it with excellent product knowledge which has allowed me to start 3d printing these advanced materials without issues. The key thing though is how honest Zubbin & his team are. I bought 2 items that would not have been compatible with each other. They picked up on it & offered a refund for the incompatible item! They could have easily just pocketed my money but went the extra mile. If you want anything to do with 3D Printers, I can't recommend the team at 3d printer store enough.

These guys are awesome. I used to buy my filament from overseas for my projects and needed something in a hurry and went looking for something local. I'm so glad I did. Not only are the prices as good or better than what I was getting overseas and even more of a deal when considering the pricing I was paying for shipping their turn around each time has been next day. Great range of in stock filaments, good prices, super fast turn around and excellent customer service.

These guys are super helpful and knowledgeable. They've also impressed me with the spare parts they stock. I snapped off the hinges on the front door of my CreateBot. They had replacements in stock and sent them the same day.

Recently I bough a 3D printer from 3D Printing services. I chose this store because after doing my research I found that 3D Printing services was the quickest to respond with accurate information.I was pleasantly surprised at the low cost for shipping considering the size and weight of the printer. Since then I have ordered more printing filaments and got the same day shipment dispatch on some of my orders all at a low flat rate for shipment. When I ordered something that was not in stock I was contacted to inform me about the stock and gave me the opportunity to change the order or wait.Overall I have had excellent service from 3D Printing services and would recommend this store to anyone interested in 3D printing. Just for the record, this is the first time that I have recommended a store but this time I think it is warranted. Consistent quality service should be promoted.

Sent them an email explaining what I was trying to achieve and asked for their advice. They responded promptly and recommend a basic 3d printer which turned out absolutely fit for purpose. Ordered online and with good communication i had printer within days. Will definitely return when I upgrade. This printing stuff is very addictive.

I've been involved in 3D prining in one way or another for the last 6years and have been lucky enough to have experimented with a number of machine types but never owned one. The Wanhao Duplicator i3 plus from Zubbin is fantastic, I recommend it to anyone starting their 3D prining journey. It has been a fantastic tool for us to create props for our photobooth bussiness while allowing us print new and exciting variations.If your new to 3D printing and need some solid recommendations and advise Zubbin is your man!
