I just received the news of settlement. I should say it was an amazing experience. Sovannara was great. Responding promptly to emails or texts even late in the evenings or weekends including Sundays. He was literally there 24/7 even after being unconditional and basically it is considered sold. The rest of the team were amazing as well. He was highly professional, advised us on the timing and presentation of the apartment, communicated with the body corp on our behalf, and was responsive to all of our questions and needs, even if they were at night or on weekends. The price he suggested was realistic given the state of the market and we felt it was set at the right level. Competing agents tried to lure us to sign with them with promises of high prices, but they were not realistic. Our apartment was soon viewed by eligible buyers and an offer was quickly forthcoming and accepted. The process went smoothly and the apartment sold.
