We purchased a Trident 5000 Cuta Copter back in August of 2021. Phil provided awesome pre-sale advice which helped us to decide what type of drone to purchase. The follow up support regarding the setup of the drone was amazing and Phil was always at the end of the phone when we encountered a problem. When we experienced a drone fault Phil was quick to have it sent back for warranty repair. Seahorse Tauranga is an excellent company to do business with and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

WARNING! Don't buy a seahorse contiki, absolutely shocking customer service. If you have problems/faults, you have to send it to tauranga to get fixed at your own cost. I'd recommend a 'predator 'or another brand, at least you can get it fixed in your own area.

These people are unbelievable and rude to deal with. After trying it out last year and the GPS intermittently not working we thought oh well must just be us, so with instruction booklet in hand we are all set to go this season fishing, First time out connect batteries no go. Annoying111. next morning set ok awesome, second set no go etc. Ask another GPS user can you set it for us NO GO for him either. So ring Tracy today after a frustrating weekend her reply why did you not send it back last season no warranty we don't have intermittent problems with them. This came from another user ( ex Seahorse) who had already sent it back and we have rung and facebooked no reply. Not happy have to send it back our cost and no warranty. Great, nothing like customer service , lucky we have the consumer sales act to stand behind
