I see a lot of good reviews here but not the story for me. Unfortunately no towels were in our room and only realised this when it was 9pm at night so didn’t bother ringing through to reception. The mattress protector was not clean. It had marks on it. If you stay in a room near the street, you will hear the cars going past. Had no idea how to check out in the morning as the reception had not opened yet. There was a little safe near the reception on the outside wall but it wouldn’t open and it wasn’t a drop box. Ended up leaving the key in room- just thought this would be a more straight forward process… on the positive side, the bathroom is nice. The beds are comfortable. I personally wouldn’t stay again.

Great Motel that is close to the Airport and handy to everywhere else as well. Supermarket, Shopping Mall and Restaurants close by. Rooms were modern and clean. Really quite rooms at the back of the property. The Host was awesome, she always checked to see if we needed anything and gave us tips for good local restaurants in Christchurch. Continental Breakfast included, which is a bonus

Had great service from Mylene, throughout our stay and V-motel. She when above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate us and make us feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here! Rooms were clean and amenities were up to the mark! Thanks for being hospitable. A++ Overall!

The owner is very accomodating. The room is very clean, very comfortable room to be in after a long drive from Picton to Christchurch. And the Bathroom is Clean! It has a mini kitchenette and a Netflix while relaxing. Recommended!!

Great room. Fitted out with nearly everything you need for a comfortable stay. Room was clean. Staff where excellent and more than helpful. Will use again next time in Christchurch.

Excellent room condition and customer service! Prepared a full continental breakfast with cereal, toast, juice and milk. Also modern TV with free YouTube available. Motel is close to CBD and nearby malls. Will likely go back again in my future trips to Christchurch.

Our flight into Christchurch was early and I wanted to know if we could check in early so that I can work remotely. As soon as a room became available, I received a message and also a call from the motel saying I could check in at 11.40am. The room was spotless, breakfast was great (continental – cereals, milk, bread, spreads, yoghurt and bananas) and the location was so central to everything and walking distance to Northland Mall. Superb customer service and my family and I will definitely stay here againSheela
