Jackson was amazing and was extremely knowledgeable as well as helpful during the entire process, from initial enquiries through to delivery.He was able to answer all of my newbie spa owner questions (and I had quite a few). We have had different spas for over 30 years. Alpine provided great service and advice. We wanted a spa delivered short notice before Xmas, other companies either did not reply or could not provide. Alpine Emails wee responded to in timely manner. Courtesy emails with where delivery was at and when to expect arrival. Follow up emails to check that all is sorted. Great. Grandchildren loved the spa at cooler temperature, now they have gone home we can enjoy it at a higher temperature. This spa was a great purchase

We recently had our spa pool replaced under warranty as I had reported an issue that the team had never seen before. We spent 2 months trying to resolve to issue to no avail. The service team (David) was phenomenal with regular contact, trying different solutions, and was easy to get a hold of. Once the team made the decision to replace the pool, the dispatch team made the process and changeover super easy. They really do care about their customers, and I wouldn't recommend any other company. Thanks Alpine Spas Team :)

Sales team were good, fast delivery and good communication.A few minor issues with the spa itself that have taken quite some time to get resolved, (ozone pump issues, loose pipes, leaking drain) they're definitely cheaply made compared to other brands and the follow up service has been a bit slow. Not sure if I'd recommend Alpine Spas over any other spa retailer. I'd probably to buy 'local' if I was to buy another.

We got a Blackburn Spa in June this year - fantastic service before and after we made the decision to purchase. Sara was lovely and very helpful and the entire process was very easy. It's a big purchase, and we were doing it from outside of their showroom locations, but it always felt like we were in control and we're very satisfied and happy with our decision to buy from Alpine Spas.
