Just had the worst customer service from a young man at the till. First issue is he left the previous customers money on the counter roughly 300 dollars and started to process my sale, he became confrontational for no reason and made the sale a ridiculous experience. It felt like he was a boy trying to be a bloke but failed in spectacular fashion. Get him with the boys to fine tune his boyishness!

This cafe at Mitre 10 is fantastic!! Fresh, interesting, and delicious food and coffee. The service is great too. Plus it's located in my favourite place to shop. Win, win all round!!

Clean and tidy, there's so much good stuff here that I'll be coming back again just to see what else this store has to offer. Great friendly staff as well, so I do highly recommend coming here.

I love this home store. My son has autism and can't handle loud noises and they even have noise cancelling hearing protectors that look funky and wonderful and don't make him look out of place. They are not the standard orange but a fluro green. They have everything here and a very knowledgable staff who will help and have advice on everything in store. And there is an awesome little play area.

Staff helpfullStock prices more than I expected.Black & decker dust buster seems pretty bad.. quite useless .. will give it a while see if I can find a way to make it do the job I want it for.. (car)

Im really annoyed with the firewood we've bought from here.The Hotmix I think is greenish(wet). Unless I chop it up into kindling like pieces the fire goes.For the price of the wood I shouldn't have to take it home and split it up more. The volume is quite small, a scoop is not a m2.After this experience I do not recommend buying any large amount of firewood here. A small bit of pine if you can't get a specialist to deliver in time but anything else is throwing money away.
