After taking three sample rugs home to test we selected one we liked but wanted it in a bigger size. My wife called to check if they had stock in that bigger size. When I got to the store ready to purchase the price on their website when I left home 30mins earlier had been changed by $500. I was confused and left without purchasing. The store then called my wife to say there had been a mistake with the discount on the rug but we could have a lower price if we paid by bank transfer. They weren’t upfront with me about this in the store and only claimed that there had been a mistake which meant they had to change the price after I’d walked out.

We were on the hunt for McGee & Co. style rugs and were lucky to randomly come across Aladdin Rugs.The owner was particularly thoughtful in helping us find our dream rug and let us take the rug home for a test trial.This store has an excellent collection of vintage designs that suit modern and traditional homes. Intricate real cotton, wool & cashmere rugs, the craftsmanship and detail is evident and the rugs are made to last the test of time.

Absolutely love my Persian Nain runner for hallway. So much so, I ordered a matching rug for the lounge. Service was fantastic both times.

Was a super easy web site to negotiate. Alot of great choice, from synthetic to wool and silk rugs. All budgets. Would not hesitate to use again Cheers.

We’ve moved recently and we all know how stressful that is. My wife and I were shopping for a rug amidst this chaos and Jaihoon saved us from all the issues. We wanted a small rug and thought it might be the best fit. But his patience and knowledge helped us to select the best. We are now proud owners of a beautiful lounge thanks to him. I honestly couldn’t be more happy with the two rugs I purchased from Aladdin rugs. It was a bit nerve wracking ordering online, I was worried about colours not being accurate on photos. Majid was very helpful and let me FaceTime so I could look at rugs in store and even sent me a video of a rug from his home that was same range as one that I liked. Everyone comments on my rugs, far superior to every other one I looked at elsewhere.

Beautiful quality rugs and great staff super patient with my choices. Highly recommend if you’d want a long lasting beautiful rug at your home.
