Called BW O'Brien to come and service our heat pumps and then waited for three weeks for them to call and confirm a booking time. No call receive so called them to remind them and got the standard 'we've been very busy' line but an assurance that someone would call. It's been another three weeks and still no call. These guys are typical of what seems to be an increasing lackadaisical attitude towards good customer service in the Wairarapa. It shouldn't take this long for someone to pick up the phone. Would not recommend.

Took 1hr and 30mins to find plug which was behind a wall plug in unit all running good the bill was $130 no repairs neededThey could have rung me about the plug would have saved a lot of time

We had our heatpump put in, and they were very professional, quick and efficient. They arrived exactly on time and were very curteous, even vacuumed up their own mess. I especially liked the way they treated there apprentice, teaching him and being kind. Fantastic company, couldn't recommend them more.

Excellent firm to deal with and pleasant friendly staff. Had our heat pump installed and running in around 2 hours. Great service for a fair price. Turned up 10minutes early, completed the install quickly while working very cleanly - left the site tidy and free of rubbish (unlike some tradies), even vacuumed up the little dust they made. Every staff member I've dealt with has been friendly and professional, and put up with me asking dozens of questions. Highly recommend.

I phoned O'Brian & Co for some much needed advice and guidance. They couldn't have been more helpful and kind. They went out of their way to find a time that suited us both for a person to person chat and to look at my AC in my car. The gentleman that I met the best day was efficient and knowledgeable taking only 5mins to rectify a problem I had with the cars AC for over 3mths. I was ever so grateful and would like to take this opportunity to thank them and highly recommend them to anyone.
