We purchased the 4.5 mtr Riviera & absolutely love it. We chose black hardware & this was the right choice as was the bright yellow shade. My builders secured it to our deck & it looks like it was just meant to be there. We highly recommend Shade 7

As we live in a fairly high wind zone, we require an umbrella that can handle the wind. Shade7 definitely fits the bill here. Also, the stabilizers give us a bit of 'peace of mind' too.We purchased the Riviera 4m octagonal along with three base plates so we can move it along the deck to wherever we require some shade.Being able to rotate the umbrella 360degrees has been a great option. When the sun moves, we move the umbrella rather than us!Great product - sturdy and strong, great features, great colour options. We highly recommend these umbrellas. Now we're just saving up for another one (or two).Nice review from our neighbour, Nathan Carter, too!

Hi Christian,You kindly helped me out last year by supplying some replacement parts for my now obsolete umbrella.It’s taken a while to get around to it due to renovating my new house, but I sorted it out last weekend.Was really simple with the instructions you sent.It’s looking great, easier to wind up and I also relocated it so it is now more functional and no longer has a lean.Being able to fix it has been such a relief due to unexpected financial changes in my life, so thank you so much - your help was fantastic.Also, given that this umbrella was installed in 2003, and it is in perfect working order now, with the cost of only $800 for a new canopy approximately 6 years ago, and less than $100 in parts for this latest repair, I am super impressed with your product and will definitely be looking to buy another one when this one’s canopy finally wears out - I reckon it’s got another 5 years in it lol.Thank you again for all your help. We purchased a Black Riviera umbrella. Service was great. Delivery was quick. We mounted ours into the deck using a base plate which made it bomb proof. We have been very pleased with the quality and functionality of the umbrella. It is easy to use. It was worth spending money on this Umbrella.

Shade7 umbrellas are simply the best! We had our first one for over 11 years (before we moved and it stayed with the old house). So when we built our new house we had to have another Shade7 (Riviera) umbrella for our pool and spa area. The Shade7 service and support was fantastic, allowing us to buy the concrete installation kit well ahead of time.We love being able to pivot the umbrella depending on the time of day, or to cover the spa pool on a rainy night.We also highly recommend spending a few extra $$ on the umbrella cover, as this will keep it looking as good as new for a decade or more.You get what you pay for, and Shade7 umbrellas are the best you can get. Don't waste your money an inferior cheaper brand, as you'll be replacing it before you know it. Shade7 all the way!

Well worth the money and investment. Great coverage from the sun. The UPF50 material is of a high quality & gives peace of mind on days when the UV is high - our main reason for purchasing a Shade7 umbrella along with the warranty & durability. Extremely solid & strong. Also looks amazing when up. We had the umbrella professionally installed through Shade 7's contractor, which was great as they were able to give advice where the best position to mount would be. . Very happy :)

We purchased our 3m Square Riviera umbrella from Shade 7 mid summer 2021 and we are utterly thrilled about the purchase. From first contact in store, where we got great advice, - we purchased a ground spike that was concreted in by the landscaper. The rest of the transaction was so smooth, fully online, and when we had the umbrella delivered and installed it has transformed our outdoor space into a new room for us. the tilting and rotating operations are so smooth and this umbrella, although more expensive than cheap imported versions will last a long time. Very strong construction , so well designed for ease of opening and closing. And it barely moves when the breeze gets up! We added a clip on light to our Riviera recently and it is fantastic! We know we made the right decision buying this umbrella from Shade 7

Having built a new deck we were after a good quaity but cost effective Umbrella. Initially we looked at the Stella as this was more in our price range, but after much research and cost/quality comparrisions we deided to purchse the Riviera. Although more expensive, we could just not go past the quality, warranty and look of this umbrella. Having now used this over summer, we are very satisfied in our decision.
