Extremely bad customer service. The accounts dept are just shocking in the way they shaft there customers. There products are thin and under stocked and often arrived with marks that made them unusable. Often the hassle of refunds were just not worth it or the delivery staff would try to resolve the issues themselves . There are better deals out there so spend the time and shop around.

worse, worse, worse services ever. i advised businesses not to use this company. the driver can be soo rude. the pick up and drop off services is only once a week. ring up to ask for an order. unfortunately was told i have to wait for my delivery day which is once a week. i run a motel with 20 rooms. its hard to know what days are going to be busy or not. some weeks we run out of linen i ring to ask if we can get a order in as we have no linen. only to be told i have to wait 4 more days for my delivery day. thats 4 days with no linen. will be using central linen from now on. bad services
