After tearing a shoulder tendon and having to stop most activities because I could barely move it, I was not getting results with Physio.The team at Healthy Ventures were able to come up with a plan involving a combination of Therapeutic massage, mobility sessions and targeted rehab exercises that gave me back nearly full mobility within a few months and have also given me the tools to maintain it long term.Whatever your injuries or issues, if you are looking for someone with the knowledge and skills to get you back to your full awesomeness I don't think you can do much better than the Healthy Ventures team.

It's always a pleasure to book in with Heather who has fantastic and fast customer service. I've been seeing Stephen for a few years now for various aches and injuries and he is the best person to see for a massage in Hamilton. His knowledge through his qualifications and years of experience means he provides quality massage which your body will thank you for. Since moving out of Hamilton, I still travel for appointments with him. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I reccomend Healty Ventures to all my friends and family.
