Went in on a Sunday afternoon and the environment was so nice and relaxed. Staff were amazing,cheerful and went over and beyond with service even remembered us from a previous visit. Walked out feeling good with amazing products

It's nice, jam packed with stuff, lovely staff, there's also always something on sale. I'd recommend you don't buy things from here if they're not on sale. If you want expensive, go to a specialist designer, because I reckon they just make things expensive so people go nuts when they're on sale for half price.

Very rude staff. Poor customer service. Employees at the counter were busy chatting with each other even though there was already a customer waiting to pay. I had to wait a long time for them to finish chatting and then the girl at the counter rudely told me twice to place my things at the counter as if I suddenly needed to hurry up when they just wasted my time.

Poor customer service and support when expensive products are faulty. Expected to have every little piece of equipment from the box, irrespective of whether the item is faulty and will be dumped. Too lazy to process a return.

The few times I've visited this store the staff I've dealt with have all been very friendly and helpful (not the most common thing at other places in Ashburton). We got a great deal on an air fryer as they beat other stores prices by 10% and the manager who sorted this was very efficient.
